I had made a post a couple of days back for recommendations for a winter jacket and got some awesome answers. With those answers, i have narrowed down to these jackets.
I am a 6" tall 140 pound male from Minneapolis. I need your help to find:
A. The "warmest and least expensive" jacket among these.
B. Hem adjuster is one of the features I am looking for because none of the jackets fit me tightly.
C. Able to withstand Minnesota's -30F wind chills along with a hard shell.

Arcteryx Cerium LT - $379 http://ift.tt/2zpEGxM There is also an older model on sale for like $130 less but it doesn't have the hem adjuster and I am not sure if it will fit me snugly.
-
The North Face Nuptse Ridge Parka - $299 http://ift.tt/2hmgOEe
-
LL Bean Ultralight 850 Stretch Down Hooded Jacket - $279 http://ift.tt/2zpEHBQ
-
Eddie Bauer MEN'S DOWNLIGHT STORMDOWN HOODED JACKET - $174 http://ift.tt/2hlYStl
If there are other good down jackets that could be worn under a hard shell, please let me know.
Thank you, all!
