JCI was an "automotive products" company for a long time, but I always liked the idea of their commercial power controls and battery productions.
Recently JCI spun off their automotive products into a separate company, Adient, allowing JCI to focus more on their Controls part of their business.
I want to invest quite a bit of my money into them in the next 6 months. So play the devil's advocate reddit, why shouldn't I invest in JCI over the next 6 months?
