Hey guys, first post, looked everywhere couldnt get an answer. Please answer, even if you don't know, logically speaking is fine.
So lets say I had a faulty product, used it for a week, contacted manufacturer instead of the store and got a full replacement that arrived in the mail few days later, I still have the receipt and my faulty product. Can I still go to that store and ask for a refund? Can the store track my reciept? Is this illegal?
