Dear all,
For some time I've been trying to 'live more simply', primarily with the goal of using less and needing less in order to reduce my burden on the planet's resources. As of yet, I haven't applied this intention to the realm of dental hygiene.
My toothbrush is plastic. My toothpaste comes in plastic tubes. I've no idea what's in the toothpaste and what goes into making it.
What ideas do you have for doing dental hygiene more simply? Where can I get more ecological products? What would people have done before plastics??
