What are currently the best investment options for a UK investor? I am looking for a longterm outlook of about 30-40 years till retirement and in specific looking for either REIT'S or mutual funds. I have looked into investing in the S+P500 and other foreign mutual funds, but because of brexit, the value of the pound has collapsed and I would be buying at an extremely poor exchange rate. The only alternative that I see is to dump all my money into a FTSE mutual fund. Would you recommend this or should I still invest in a foreign market even with a poor exchange rate?
