The best price I can usually find on chicken is $0.69/lb, but Walmart currently has frozen turkeys (Honeysuckle White & also Butterball) for $0.49/lb with no limit. The labels all have Best By dates in 2018. I make a mean roast turkey, and have a vac. sealer to freeze cooked meat, bones, and broth. I'm seriously considering buying as many as I can fit in my small chest deep freezer. Aside from monotony, are there any drawbacks I am missing? TIA!
