Especially for smaller companies (e.g., smaller NASDAQ and OTC corps). You do your DD, read everything there is to read, make a model, but you still have questions.
Has anyone actually contacted Investor Relations or the CFO/CEO of a company they were looking at? How receptive were they to your questions? Did it help you make a decision to invest (or not)?
