We are trying to make sure we know what to expect in terms of utilities and maybe other costs of homeownership. If there are homeowners in San Diego, could you please give us an idea of what to expect in these areas? We are transplants to the area and tired of renting. I've got the household necessities under control (extreme couponer) but I can't coupon the water bill. :)
