Credit Karma is rolling out it's own tax program (which is free right now), and I gave it a spin.
I discovered a fairly egregious error in a calculation on Schedule C, basically changing a negative number to a positive number. I contacted them a few ways to point out the error, and their only response was to advise me to enter certain expenses (but not all expenses) as negative numbers in their workflow to cancel out the error. It's not exactly a response that garners much trust in their application.
