Hey all, I just bought a condo and while I haven't heard my neighbors and I'm not sure if they can hear me, I want to sound proof the wall in my office that is against their side, as I work from home and make a lot of calls during odd hours and I play on a semipro team for a game that requires a lot of talking. I know there's a Styrofoam for that stuff, but it's pretty pricey. Anyone know a good, frugal way to do this? Thanks.
