Hi everyone. I am a 31 year old single father. I live at home with my parents, and pay 340 a month in rent. I put 100 a month away for my son. I pay 324 in child support to his mother, and 430 for his tuition. I have a car that's mine completely that I pay 160 a month in insurance. I have a $100 phone bill, 2 credit cards (1300 with a 1000 balance, 600 with a 400 balance) and 13000 in student loans I pay 200 a month for. I want to be able to own a home and to supplement my income. My schedule does not allow time for a part time job outside the home. I don't know how to really begin. I now have acorns and stash, and am using mint to track myself. I live in NYC. Does anyone have any advice on what to do to increase my personal wealth and success?
