I work 11-12 hours a day 4 days a week, but sometimes I get mandated to work an extra day or so.

I need some quick and filling ideas for my zojirushi 4 compartment thermos.

I usually pack some carrots in one container, cheezits in another, a sandwich in one, and potato salad in the soup bowl.

I'm looking to switch this up but don't really know where to begin.

I also have two breaks, one before and after lunch. So I bring an apple every day for my first break, and eat a peanut breakfast style bar.

Anyways, I've tried looking on here for little ideas but I can't seem to find any good suggestions.

I'm thinking about trying a lentil salad to replace the potato salad for now. I could also use some ideas for a quick and filling meal that I can eat on the ride to work that doesn't make a mess.
