I've known this guy for years, seems cool. Been to their house plenty of times and whatnot. My renewed leased is gonna be $1175 compared to what it is now which is $1015. Might break my renewal lease, and who I'll be moving in with wants $600 a month. It's only going to be for 2 years.
Alternative to this would be to work my ass off in the summer and just save up that way. Will be starting at Amazon soon and I do Uber/Lyft sometimes.
