I was doing some backtesting and I guess I never really noticed how... for almost 15 years pre 2008, not only did VXUS go toe to toe with VOO, it out did it most times. So was it really the low interest rates or is S&P really going to continue, no matter what, to way outpace VXUS? Post 2008, its like 1/3 of the value of S&P.
Just curious what others think.
