Hi, I live in Texas, I'm 19 years old, a highschool dropout, unemployed and I've lived in an abusive household my whole life, I finally decided that I would leave after my mom threw a pot of boiling water at me (which barely missed me) My mom is travelling to her home country in 2 weeks for a few weeks and she said she'd be leaving me 250$ for my needs which I will use to take a lyft to a nearby homeless shelter without her knowing, to stay for a few nights, I'll use some of the money for food and the rest to commute to work by lyft, which conviniently costs less a month than owning a car since there are some businesses nearby and I don't have a license, after some months of saving up money I'll start renting a cheap studio apartment that's around 800-900 or even 1k a month, then I'll keep working and saving up money to hopefully move out of the US to start a new life which is my dream, I'm thinking of moving to Spain/Sweden/Finland etc, but I'm still not completely sure, I was also considering studying at a language school in Japan and then settling there but I've heard a lot of bad things about the country so I don't know. I'm using these two weeks to look for a full time job that pays 10-15 dollars an hour, how much money would I need to get an apartment/move out of this country? I've calculated that it would take me around 2 months to save up around 2k-3k to start renting an apartment and 4 years to save up 19k to 20k, is that a good amount to move to another country? When I get a job, I won't be owning many things and I'll be careful when making financial decisions.

I'm sorry if some of the things I said didn't make sense, english is not my native language and I don't know anything about finance.
