My place of employment is having some financial issues and there is a town hall style meeting in a couple of weeks where the financial officers will be telling us about early retirement incentives. I've been with the organization for 22 years and I am 57. I don't know any details right now, of course, but before I hear their info, I'd love to hear people's advice on what kinds of things to keep my ears open for...red flags and green flags. Of course I will consult with my own financial advisor about this, but I'd like to hear from the masses first. Thank you.
