Previously, I have not ever had to quite so carefully navigate the healthcare billing system since I've been pretty healthy and only done annual physicals and the like. I know to expect a large final cost, because this is America and healthcare is wild. To keep that final price tag down, I would love some advice!
I have already found a mistake in coding in one bill that came in, but besides checking for "paid" and "unpaid", what else should I be checking for as I receive bills from different providers- hospital, delivery doctor, labs, etc?
