I buy nearly all my clothes from Mercari or Poshmark. Most of the time I sell my old clothes or thrift store finds on there too and use the balance to buy new stuff. It's amazing! I have scored some serious deals purchasing my clothes on these apps. I love Abercrombie and 7 for all mankind jeans ($100-200 retail) I get them for $20 or less on Mercari/Poshmark. The craziest part is that the styles I find on there aren't even old, they're brand new stuff you could buy at the store right now. I can't even find thrift store jeans under $20 anymore since goodwill is off the rails with their pricing. Mercari and Poshmark are like thrift store shopping but way easier. You can even make offers to people on their items if you don't like the price. One time I favorited a pair of $35 shoes and the owner sent me a lower offer every day until I purchased them at $8.
If you're like me and know your brands and sizes definitely check it out. You can sort by type, brand, etc. and by price. I put a price maximum then sort by newest items for the best deals.
