Continuous Payment Authorities (CPA) states that “The authorisation continues until the end of the contract, or until the consumer cancels the CPA. The latter can be done by contacting either the company or their bank or card provider.”
So why does IONOS tell me that it’s not possible to cancel a 12 month contract? Legally everything says quite the opposite.
