my mom who is 72 years old and has Alzheimer’s got a summons from a old credit card debt ..
the bill balance is $3000 ..the Only income she has is social security retirement ..
and I don’t make a lot of money because I got to spend majority of my day monitoring my mom ..
so do I just show up to court with her and lose by default…what other solutions do I have?
