I'm currently employed as an engineer making 104K, I have a bachelors , I now have 12 years of experience and I am in a supervisory position. I found a masters program that will cost 16K, I've been out of school for the 12 years. The program seems perfect because I have experience in all the subjects covered. I would only do it to check the box and be more competitive. Is the Masters worth it or is my experience more valuable when seeking a higher position?

edit: fixed some typos Also I am a licensed Professional Engineer in CA.
