Hey Reddit! I'm a 22 year old who just graduated from college with my undergraduate degree in May of 2016. Having been a lurker of this sub Reddit for so long, I would really appreciate if you wise and knowledgeable redditors would give me some advice!

I'm currently working for a company making around 60k a year. In addition to my salary, I'm also collecting around 18k a year from renting out an extra bedroom in my home. My car, college degree, and condominium are completely paid off, so I am completely debt free. I'm currently contributing 9% to my pre-tax 401k and 18% to my Roth 401k plan. As far as expenses go, I spend 8k a year for property taxes and around 1000-1200 a month on personal expenses. (HOA fees, phone bill, utilities, gas, insurance, food, girlfriend, etc.)

I would like to think that I'm in a ok position at the moment, but I would really appreciate any feedback or tips that would help me be more financially secure. Thanks :)
