My poor grandparents tried to buy a new iphone off of Facebook marketplace but it turned out to be a fake. My heart is absolutely broken for them as they're older and so sweet and have done so much to take care of me and my family, and lost such a large amount of money. Is there anything at all I can do to get their money back? If this should go in another sub please let me know as well. My uncle told them to file a police report, but them being older they haven't done that and are extremely exhausted and sad over this and have given it up as a lost cause, but I'd like to do anything I can.
