I'm a US citizen (have an SSN) living abroad (no US address). At what bank could I open a US bank account without travelling to the US?

Hi guys,

I'm a US citizen but live abroad. I have no US address but do have an address in my country of residence. I might need a US account in the near future.

Is there an institution where I could open an account online (so I don't have to travel during the pandemic) with no address/only an international address?

I've seen some info online about some banks that might accept this but none that confirmed it 100% so I thought I'd get some second opinions before opening accounts that might not work.
