is it more efficient or energy saving to have the variable speed controller do its thing of turn the AC off once the room feels relatively cold (from 19c~25c). Once at that point, I would turn my ac off and wait for about an hour or two before turning it back on. My room is somewhere around 20sqm so its easy to cool. This question came to me because I remembered that my other ac's "eco" mode was just simply an auto off and on function based on the temp. Thanks for any help!
