26F here, i need to save up $40k-50k. i’ve been on a spending spree this summer with vacations and clothes, going out. now i’m trying to get back to saving to get a down payment together for a townhouse. i’m trying to save $3k per month, and leave $800 for personal spending. i live rent free currently in my parents home but i do have a couple recurring expenses around $200 and i buy groceries for myself/fam from time to time. is that a reasonable budget? i’m having a hard time achieving it.
