I have 10 months left on my lease. It's a 3/2.5 townhouse in Gilbert az and i pay 1600. There really is nothing similar for remotely close in price and i have a 5 year old and a 6 week old daughter and her mom is still recovering from a c section. I don't want to be a dick but i really don't want to move again we just did two months ago. They would have to make an offer i couldn't refuse
