Basically as title says. A friend of mine was recently given a large sum of money by their parents and able to buy a house and a car. Meanwhile I’ve been saving for ages and every month I end up where I started because I’m caught in the poverty trap.
It’s just hard not to feel jealous and somewhat spiteful when I’ve been working so hard and some people just get things handed to them.
