I am a US citizen with an HSA account. I will be traveling to the UK soon and need to book COVID tests to be taken after arriving in the UK. I tried to book one online at a London-based testing clinic using my HSA debit card, but their website said my card was declined. I'll probably call my HSA company on Monday when their customer service is open, but wanted to see if anyone had any experience trying to do use HSA funds internationally?
