I like to invest in both real estate and the stock market and I’ll sometimes have a some cash sitting around but may want to access it quickly. Just curious if anyone has more creative ideas for getting a better return than a 0.50% savings account but less risk than investing in the market like VOO. I can do the legwork to Google the details, just looking for ideas.
