When is a good time to purchase a home, what ways did you save/and or how were you able to pay off your mortgage in a reasonable time frame. What is your income and how much did your home cost at the time of purchase? How much is the interest rate? What factors did you consider when choosing the home over another? And what was an absolute no or yes in making the purchase. Also, what are things to look out for when touring a home? Curious to see how others fared. Do you have any regrets?
