So In real big on diversity. I own stock, real estate, cryptos, precious metals and have cash reserves.
I’m worried that equities and real estate are both in a bubble and are going to crash at the same time or nearly so. The idea of diversification is that you should not have all of your eggs in one of basket. But people are saying that both real estate and stocks are going to suffer a big correction of not crash.
Gold has been lackluster and bonds are in the crapper. It seems that Crypto is the new gold. I am highly suspect of all of these alt coins that are coming out. I feel more comfortable investing in companies that support and are supported by the flagship crypto which of course is Bitcoin.
What are your thoughts?
