Hi! does anyone know the extent of the $12.99 return change fee from dollar care rental? I want to do a one-way car rental between Washington, DC and Montreal, QC, but no places have any actual offerings. I'm currently considering getting a 2 day rental from Dollar and then trying to just pay the return change fee to drop it off in Quebec. Does anyone have any advice or opinions?
