When you go to a restaurant and split the bill with other people, and the bill is an odd amount (e.g., $50.03), how does the restaurant determine who gets the extra one cent? Is it alphabetical? Is it related to the order that they run the cards? I somehow ALWAYS end up getting charged the extra penny and this question is haunting me
