Hi, I'm 25 and buying a car for the first time. I've been holding back as long as I could living with out a car. I've been using the bus system to get around, but I've come to a point in my life were I'm going to need a car. Does anyone have any suggestions on affordable good car insurance? And do you recommend buying new or used?
