It's so rich in flavor but also can be really healthy if you don't add too much butter/oil or cream.
Egg bharji, daal(lentils), palak, etc all have a ton of flavor, rich in fiber and vegetables.
Egg bharji is a type of scrambled egg with onions, tomato, turmeric, chili powder and chili flavor. Great for breakfast.
Daal is lentils with tomato and onions
Palak is basically spinach that is blended and you can add any protein you like tofu, paneer, chicken, etc.
