What is the minimum it takes for a company to seek out a payment, regardless I do not intend on paying since it was no fault of my own.
Do they even get a profit out of seeking me for 21 dollars or are they just blowing hot air in my face to get me to pay this small sum? They are a shady phone service I regret using.
