I have been using Lycamobile at $23 (24.15 after service fee) for about a year however it dosent have good customer service. Being someone who doesn’t speak Chinese, it is incredibly difficult to understand what they are saying on the other end of the line. I work as an executive assistant to the CEO of a company so it’s a little embarrassing when he calls and leaves a voicemail and mentions the voicemail service gives him an odd message verbally. I’m not sure what the message is but it confuses me. It’s not a very streamlined carrier to my knowledge so it seems fake or unprofessional. I’m willing to pay about $35 per month for data and calls. I don’t need anything special since I am home 80% of the week. Any advice?
PS: I’ve never had problems with service however towards the end of the month my data will sometimes stop working with Lycamobile (assuming my credit has been used up?)
