I'm making a month's worth of freezer meals in anticipation of an upcoming strict quarantine. While I've cooked and frozen meals before, I've never considered surviving a whole month without grocery shopping - and, given the subreddit, you'll understand my hesitation to pay for grocery delivery if I can avoid it. I have heard some items do not freeze and thaw well, like cream cheese. Are there any other staples that freeze surprisingly well or not so well?

I know bread does great. I've heard egg whites are okay (but I'm skeptical). I've read milk freezes well, so long as it's given sufficient room to expand. What about cheeses? Yogurt? I appreciate any insight!

Edit: I have a good freezer meal plan, but if you have any other ideas for heat-and-eat pantry meals, I'd gladly take those too!
