I was just gifted a $100 gift certificate to Whole Foods. Money is very tight. We typically spend $85-$120 a week on groceries for a family of four. We are debating whether it makes more sense to buy a week's worth of groceries and use the money we would have spent for another purpose (debt repayment) or buy a huge quantity of some staples to consistently reduce our grocery bill over a period of weeks. Flour, dried beans, oats, sugar, something along those lines. What would you do?
