Hello everyone!My partner and I have recently moved into a new room and we are wanting to fix it up, starting with repainting the walls. The current coat, however, is massively peeling off. Pictures:example 1 example 2 example 3As you can see in that first picture, there is a massive amount of paint peeling off. There is a bubble in the bottom part of the patch shown in the first picture that goes down like another foot. I'm worried that ripping off that paint from the wall will leave exposed drywall or something, i don't know. What is the plan of action here? Just rip it off and paint over it?
