Alright, so I'm a concrete finisher by trade we mainly do flatwork and sometimes stamp work here and there when the jobs present themselves. I don't have any experience in grinding\polishing concrete other than I know that it is a thing and that it can look incredible. but here is the situation. I had to put my cat down the other day and and i decided I am going to try and put my skills that I know now into a gravestone for her. I am going to set up a 24" x 32" form the same way you would set up a pour for a countertop. And have the bottom form be a rubber mold with my engravings on it that I will make. I am planning on sanding and polishing it for a finish. What i am wondering is how I will polish the inside of the wording and paw prints that i will be putting into it. I am searching for dremel attachments and such but I cant find anything that gets up to the grit I believe will need to get to the finish I want. Anyone have any experience with this and have any input or am I just gonna have to go at it the old way and wear my wrist and fingers out doing it by hand? Any feedback will be greatly appreciated! via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/2SpJsD2
