Ive (m/30) been currently struggling majorly financially and i dont know how to see my way out of this mess, i dont know if this is the right place for this...if not I apologize please direct me to the correct spot. So i live in Massachusetts, i am a landllord, own n rent in 2 family house. I originally got it with my wife untile we seperated, the house was only affordable with both our income (huge mistake) and i rent out the 1st floor which is still occupied. I since then have lost wife (seperated/january) and my job (February) and now have another job where i dont make nearly as much. I have a car loan ($600mnth) and mortgage ($1800mnth). I also have about (15k) of credit card debt that i have not made a payment to since i lost my job. I talked to my mortgage bank and they put me on a plan as to where i dont have to pay until February 2021, im still not sure where to go from this as my debt is piling up, im behind on mortgage 5 months and im making little money. I wish i knew how to navigate this mess...any suggestions would be helpful! Thank you
