Somebody gave me a 60 inch Samsung flat screen and I thought it would be a fun project to try and see if I can fix it. They said "It has life in it but is finicky." I had to get a power cord for it, set it up and plugged it in. It turned on with no problems, I let it sit for a little while, went back to check on it and it was off. Now, it won't turn on, the power button doesn't like up to indicate it is plugged in. I unplugged it from both ends, tried different plugs but no power (This is what the person who gave it to me said would happen.) I thought I good first step would be to put this out there to this sub to see what people thought the issue might be and what I should look for either before opening the TV up or once I open it up.
