Securing to the wall:i have placed it against the corner but there is trim at the bottom. The top railings of the bed are on the outside of the legs and sit flush to the wall. So there is at least 2 inches of space between the legs and the wall. Possibly a bit more since the legs are not 100% straight.I am going to add a 2x4 to just below the to bed support and secure it to the studs. What size and kind of screws do i need ? how far into the stud should the screws go ? do i need to pre-drill in the stud and the 2x4 ? drill bit size would help too.The wobble:The bed has a slight wobble. Does the bracing have to be diagonal ? or can I just add a 2x6 at desk height and do double duty as a brace and plywood support ?Do the braces need to be on the long size and short side ?I want this thing to be as sturdy as i can make it- earthquake and what not. via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/2yusoFe
