I made a dumb mistake.
My doctor prescribed me a medication for my face with benzoyl peroxide in it. I used it for a few weeks. I always wear button up dress shirts for work.
I guess the collars rubbed on my face/neck throughout the days because the color came out. Now I have several shirts with bleached collars.
I am tall and skinny, and have to have all my clothes tailored to fit, so the base price for them is high. Do I have any options?
