Cleaning up the deep freeze for the first time in forever. I have some nice beef short ribs, a few whole chickens, and a jumbo pack of drumsticks that are all freezer burned. It would be a shame to throw it all out so I'm looking for some ideas on can I do with it all. I don't think the short ribs would taste very good but perhaps I can render the fat from them and/or make a beef stock? For the chicken the drumsticks could likely be made into broth/stock. The whole chickens I'm thinking could be made into pulled chicken? Thoughts or better ideas for what I can do with it all?
