Things like dish soap, laundry detergent, soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes, toilet paper, scrub pads, etc.
Basically anything that is not a food item and is purchased with the expectation that it will be consumed and have to be replaced fairly often (lets leave clothing items out of this).
Can it be done for a single person household?
I’m thinking yes if a bulk of the items are purchased a dollar stores.
