Just had a baby in Indiana! :) Looking to open a 529 plan (or something better if that exists).
Apparently one can be opened with the state? I have also heard Vanguard, Fidelity, and others offer them too.
Any knowledge and/or advice regarding details and best choice is greatly appreciated! :)
