My partner of three years has not filed income taxes since a bout 2011. I don't think he made enough money to tax during those years, but not 100% sure of that. He has been suffering from chronic depression for his entire life, but only recently being treated. Things are coming to the surface now that he has been ignoring for quite some time.

In addition to the above, he cashed out some stocks his dad had for him to buy a house in X city. No taxes paid on that. Then he sold that house in 2016 at a significant profit. (about 350K) No capital gains taxes were paid on that. He paid cash for another house (small farm, middle of nowhere) where we live now. We had money left over to develop the property and start running a small AirBnB business.

About a week ago he got a voicemail from the IRS, who have apparently caught up with him. The message mentioned an arrest warrant. I am beside myself that we are going to lose our home and my partner thrown in jail. We can't call the IRS until monday, obviously, but I'm hoping someone can tell me what to expect when we do call.

TL:DR Partner has not paid taxes in years, on significant gains, IRS calling. What do?
